passive. exactly...but the corowa prices would suit some oldies who actually like living in that style..........its not for me I need 5 stars group advertising on melb tv, pay 55,000 to put your olds in a home behind your house.........seems reasonable......., or you could put the kids out the back but I would never consider investing in a park or mobile home etc...depreciate in value big time
saw a mainstream article at the weekend....referred to the demographia web site, and how the housing stress could be eased by opening up more land, and reducing state govt levies truthfully I cannot see anything positive happening along those lines in the near term or longer.....some real iriots in charge of decisions and just shuffling paper...nothing happening...... me, am waiting for interet rates to drop back to 7%, to get real again cheers
