what is needed is not a new Operator but a decent crew of Contrators who have the experience to drill a decent well!!!
Cypress have contracted "the best" to drill and frack both Bigham & Wolters so it's not their fault that we keep having problems. Cypress are small fry (compared to PennV, Sanchez, Halcon etc) and I reckon the Contractors are using their most inexperienced crews to do the work...grrrrh!
This IMO is the problem!
