re: asic/asx req'd to investigate Seajay, its easy to say that the director is resigning due to the profit downgrade after the event-hindsight is a marvelous thing. I don't think many would have made that link and certainly you weren't warning us.
Obviously yesterday's trading was insiders and that's intolerable. Just because sh*t happens doesn't make it right or acceptable.
AUO should have asked for a halt pending last nights announcement instead of looking after their mates.
These guys haven't covered themselves in glory from an operational level. The least they could do is exercise proper corporate governance.

I emailed AUO from the office straight after trading yesterday as something didn't smell right. Haven't been to the office today but the answer will probably be to read the announcement.
