In the area they acquired the 3D (the Greater Surprise Area) you can see prior to the 3D seismic being shot, that on the older seismic there is a fault bounded structure/prospect just east of Surprise field. It looks a bit bigger than the Surprise original structure mapping of Surprise prospect. So if the greater Surprise area isn't a huge structural stratigraphic closure then the other fault bounded prospect looks good for another potential field. IMO if they are going to drill east of the Surprise 1 discovery then it may make sense to drill the greater Surprise area within the fault bounded prospect to the East of Surprise 1. So if they find oil in the east Fault bounded prospect they can do pressure measurements to see if the Surprise 1 well and the East Prospect are in communication which if they are would mean they have a large field which may cover the Greater Surprise Area of some 100million barrels. If they are not in communication then you may have 2 separate fields all going well!
