Sorry to disappoint folks, but their stated pressure of the seawater ashore wouldn't be much use for direct desal. Not much info on their website of any serious research , just statements that they have tested the pumps without any data. As for removing plastic waste from the pumped water- more likely the plastic would stuff the pumps.... Don't mention barnacles etc! Another dreamer from a cursory look.
