With so much competition out there I am wondering just what patents are covering as there is so much that looks similar and I am not sure just saying our buoy is blow surface will be enough.  Ages ago we had a look at all the known competition and have seen various ones fall over but others have continued to get funding in Brazil and other places and are actually producing power.   New year might be a time to put em all in one thread again and see just how those left standing are doing.  I think CWE and OPT were teh only 2 listed ones .
