the market has has 2 great days
don't tell me there is any significant correlation between the movement of the dow and the movement of the cnp shareprice. Absolute hogwash.
26.5 pushing 26.0 with no shortage of sellers or shorters ???, what a raging gimmick.
market cap of around 230 million.
world class business, blue chip trading as a penny dreadful.
struggles to even hold a few cents gain
in one year dow has dropped
from a VISUAL INSPECTION of the charts,
In the course of 1 YEAR:
DOW has fallen approx 14%
ALL ORDS has fallen approx 20%
CNP has fallen approx 96%
i haven't checked rams group lately, but last i heard it was doing a lot better than centro and that was after it got rid of it's main source of revenue generation.
(verify for yourself - i cant be bothered)
There is nothing misleading about that. It speaks for itself.
ability to sell properties to pay of debt (obviously not firesale conditions)
ability to service current debt from healty revenue
stacks of centers left after this current round of asset sales
management rights maintained for at least a year.
high occupancy rates
syndicates recieving dividends.
etc etc etc.
i watch with amazement
Is this a job for super grover?
