Plausible imho as I reckon Pfizer were prompted not by the no vote being a possibility but by the sneaky offer from a competitor. The omission of that statement re RAP being unaware of any competing bids was very telling. RAP are good at one thing...they don't suffer from the leaky ship syndrome IMHO...they stay stum and let things roll...as like things are doing now. Left of field bid by AZ or even Ping An are both long shot possibles...
