The announcement to the market on the 2nd March specifically says: "The Company is in current discussions with another entity concerning possible partnering or merger opportunities."

You said "no merger talks or takeovers." This means the ITE has mislead the market from their announcement. Are you willing to stand by your statement, as this is quite a serious accusation you are making.

Same goes for "they do not pressure customers to pay promptly so cash flow is an issue"
