I like Hypotheticals.

Let's assume for the moment that everything Sigalla is saying is absolutely the truth; and that all the agreements, invoices etc disclosed in the latest judgement are 100% genuine.

I that case, the Directors of TZL from 2004 to 2009 (whoever they were - there seems to be some doubt) are exposed to multiple actions from the ASX, ASIC and shareholders for GROSS dereliction of their fiduciary duties - failure to disclose, improper dealings etc etc etc.

I wonder if TZ have commissioned forensic experts to assess the validity of documents - dates created/printed, signatures etc?

On another matter, IMO if someone is found to be in contempt of court, and an unreliable witness to boot, then is found guilty of just one (let alone 41) further counts of contempt in relation to the same matter, a lengthy custodial sentence should be mandatory.

One more alleged contravention by ASIC, and maybe Andrew would have found the meaning of life ...
