    damn skippy. It is a rip off and an absolute disgrace that the BoD would allow such an inherently bad outcome upon shareholders.

    Dart shareholders have sunk substantial capital into exploration in NSW, only to transfer this to in uninterested overseas 3rd party. Disgusting!!!
