    The payment would be commensurate of any perceived loss or damages she may have incurred on the basis of her relationship being played out in the media.

    Employment payouts are normally based on tenure, role, prospect for growth, skill level and any nominal damages. $500k is on the lower end considering the publicly scrutiny she received
