    yes. I’ve been involved in paying out numerous employees. I would say she has been moved on, on the basis of the public scrutiny over the affair. To do so she would have been remunerated for her losses, and perspective future losses based on her role, income, entitlements and likely career path.

    If she hasn’t done anything wrong, she can’t simply be terminated for the sake of it. And that is when an employment payout is used.

    Like I said. If she wants to disclose it, she should reimburse the funds.
