    I'm a bit confused. Doesn't the above indicate that there are other ways to reduce the time an therefore the cost to bring an altered toothpaste to market? I've seen a lot of toothpastes and changes to toothpastes over time and I too find it hard to believe it costs billions of dollars for each of these to bring to market.
