All is required is for the governments of the world to agree on the best mix fine-tuned to local environments, and get on with the job of building by encouraging business, not by taxing which only lets them pass on the costs to the consumer and end up doing nothing about it, while the finance world gets rich via the trading of carbon credit futures on the Chicago Climate Change Exchange. The point is they are not really serious about the so called global warming catastrophe. If they were they wouldn't be stuffing around like this. They didn't waste their time pumping trillions of dollars around the word to prevent a financial collapse. So, why aren't they doing the same with the coming climate catastrophe?
