I'm not one to trust broker gradings because it's just ramping up or down to get the position that they want. All to often they buy and sell because the only way they make money is to churn it, not to sit on it. LYC has seen it's share.

Now here is an original thought, perhaps, just perhaps this new broker recommendation is to assist distribution of LYC stock from strong hands to weak hands.
