Just wondering what you would call borrowing to the hilt by placing your house on creditors hands. Furthermore signing a sweetheart deal to sell at a discount rate? If Ton was the only mine in this world i would say yes good deal. What's stopping the financers for buying else where and leveraging Ton to sell at a lower price or just paying their debt. If they can't pay up Than is payday for the creditors. There have been other chinese companies that have made this happen. Of course when they take over the people at the top would be pay off in amounts of 6 figures. Has happened before will happen again.
