    That's a whopping percentage for sea freight. If that's the case Ballance will be doing all they can to get a contract with us.

    Numbers seem a bit fuzzy, but gives a reasonable indication of the cost NZ is willing to pay for rock from Morocco. What are they willing to pay for clean higher grade rock?
