Rumours of Australian REIT's demise are misplaced .
CER, ALZ, GPT, Stockland and now GMG are all resolving near term finance issues . So GMG borrows $300 million for up to 2 years and will get $124 million from the exercise of some options at 30 cents . Seriously guys the REIT sector in general has been over bashed and Macquarie know that when they come to exercising their options the GMG shareprice will be substantially higher than 30 cents .
BUY for the mid to long term .
