Another restructure?

So another restructure and bringing in Inter Financial to advise on the optimum structure of the business. Isn't this what the board and management are for? OLV is a penny stock, if the board and management aren't competent to get the right model/strategy/structure then they need a new board/management. But to hold on to their positions they bring in an adviser to tell them what to do? Come on guys, enough is enough. You are stewards of a company that many people have an investment in. From day one its been disappointment after disappointment after disappointment. I would love to see board minutes. What do you guys talk about? Do you even know there's an issue? Have you spoken about changing the board? Have you spoken about changing the executive management? Or are you just going to continue as is?
