Yes there was an SPP in Oct 2005 so that's makes 2 out of 4 or 50%, again statistically meaningless and categorically false. So no, around October is not the usual time.

Exactly, why do you bother posting such nonsense? Clearly the point of your original statement was that no SPP in October was significant, clearly from the data it is not. Even having no SPP "around October" tells you nothing.
Even if the data did prove your point, why would they need to raise capital in October in a year when the company got cash upfront for the Phusion deal? .
