    NTA is actually $1.22 ps currently.

    The figure you quoted was at EOFY and pre completion of raising and share issue.

    Shareprice is still significantly below that $1.22 figure and at a discount to a lot of other REIT's who have recovered to about 2/3 NTA or better. It will take time I suppose but at least we know there is definitely upside.
