Select has signed a Share Sale Agreement to acquire more than 4,000 square km of tenements in Tanzania which it considers prospective for coal and uranium. The projects
potentially contain units of the Karoo Sedimentary Sequence which is a geological structure that hosts major known deposits
in Africa, including significant coking coal deposits in neighbouring Mozambique and significant coal and uranium deposits in
Tanzania. The licenses have never been drilled, and Select intends to commence a 10,000m drilling program early in the
July of 2012.
