The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said on Wednesday it would allow a proposed pay-tv program sharing arrangement between Optus and Foxtel to proceed.
The ACCC also announced court enforceable undertakings proposed by Foxtel, Optus, Telstra Corp and Austar addressing the competition body's concerns about potential anti-competitiveness.
