Agree. In Hong Kong you have to be there 7 years to obtain permanent residency and that does no apply to Philippina or other maids.
Then if you leave there you must return within 3 years to retain your permanent residency.
You may choose to become Chinese citizen but I do not know the conditions. I do know that Chinese citizens are refused the right to return to live in their own country under circumstances.
