GTM was in a significant downtrend prior to suspension for several months, plus gold/copper prices have been falling since suspension. I doubt the material transaction (if good news) will save the SP given the very weak sector sentiment at present when the suspension is lifted.

The material transaction may also be bad news, and my gut-feel suggests that this is more likely to be the case.
