One of the silver linings of the (hopefully temporary) lowering of the io price is that there may be some stocks with great ground who are finding their sp under stress. Companies with money in the bank may be able to take advantage. We have money in the bank, we have three options, dividend, spend on infrastructure to get to Lenore, or buy into a stressed asset. Tempest (tem) (not cross promoting they are very high risk reward) as an example have ground between two billion tonne io mines near railway infrastructure, they have iron outcropping over 10 kilometres, but they have no money and at 2.3 cents not much prospect of raising much. This is the sort of thing we could buy into. There may be better examples out there. This could be a chance which doesn’t come along often to meaningfully expand our asset base.
