GWR is very undervalued right now imo. Bought my first parcel today.
Cash on $23.7M + potentially generated $15m this quarter= ~$40M cash backing
+ $10M investment in TGN and EMT and no debt.
Hence, EV is essentially negative considering current MC is only $45M, attributing no valuation to any of its current projects or ongoing revenues.
Worst case scenario is put the project into care and maintenance until IO price recovers. Use their enormous cash position for further exploration to increase resource size or look for attractive acquisition. However, GWR is very primed for a takeover at the current price.
