I think a very interesting senario is forming, The stock is moving down consistantly and high volumes happenning every day.
Who is buying?
The company will have in excess of $58 mil in the bank and equities by the end of September quarter. As at 30 June they had $23.7 mil in cash $9.7 mil in equities total of $33.4 mil. Thery have or will have exported up to and including 20 Sept at least 350000 tons and say at average sale price of US$160 or AUS$225. Costs FOB AUS $120 approx profit AUS$105 per tonne total AUS $36.7mil, 70% equals GWR Share of AUS$25.7 mil plus June balance cash of AUS$25 is a total of AUS$58 mil 19cents per share and we are capitalised at AUS$42mil. 14 cents per share.
