Japanese to give away whaling and start on LNG!

For all the talk of China, people forget that Japan has been our biggest trade partner for decades. It is no surprise that Japanese heavyweights will step in and gain first move advantage, even though China has a firm hand in QLD LNG already.

There must be some competitive tension between the two asian superpowers, so I think it is great to see an agreement now with Japan, rather than waiting for the end game of some hypothetical massive deal with chinese backing ie tie up between santos/sinopec.

Great to see them getting on the front foot.

How about the photo in the asx announcement, Casey obviously missed the photo opp.
