Russ I think the buyers must already be shortlisted. Not withstanding all the others now that will see this annoucement as a reason to pick up the phone.
The ball is well and truly moving.
Now if I was a journo covering this I'd be badgering the NSW planning minister and wanting to see the details of the Concept plan .. else I'd go to press with the byline
