God is a God of free choice
The tree was a test of loyalty

Eve was decieved,Adam chose to sin by his own free will,it was a conscious choice
God had nothing to do with his choice,he chose to disobey,there was no set up,you inserted that into the narration,those are your thoughts and bias.What you gave an example of,is man now has a natural emnity against God,he now has a fallen mind that is bent on self.
Mankind was created in the image of God with no natural propensity to do wrong or sin.
Now Adams choice stained humanity,the only type of humanity that human beings can inherit,is a humanity bent or at natural odds with his maker.
This type of humanity,must surely die

Philippians 2:7 says that, “Jesus emptied himself by taking the form of a servant being born in the likeness of men.”
He did not empty Himself of His divine nature.
Jesus is truly the son of God.
He could not stop being the son of God.
The emptied Himself is a reference to His position, to His exaltation and came as a human,a servant
