Well yes, I'm a bit like that when posting on HC but in real life I listen quietly, seldom inject myself and have a much more flexible opinion about most things, because in a conversation you have a much larger canvas to spread out all your thoughts.

However it all came about it was extraordinary and beyond our imagination, sure we understand a few nuts and bolts and that goes for both camps, be it Creator or some unwinding process that led to sentience.

I just have no ability to conceive of the total package happening without some programmed computation loaded into the front end. A bit like an egg and a sperm producing a viable human. From a cell 1 millionth of a metre wide an entire coding for a human is present. It's entire potential is bound in that minuscule package. I think the universe was, in a sense, a primal egg loaded with its entire potential. I guess either camp would say that has to be the case or we wouldn't be having this conversation.

The next question is, who produced the egg, or loaded the egg with its potential. Humans have a very pleasant cause and grow via natural processes and so to did the universe once that primal egg was charged to unfold in natural order.

I think there has to be a cause, but it is nothing that a human mind can conceive, apart from the fact that we do this tens-of-millions of times a day.

So now I'm beginning to think I may be more in that middle ground.

The entire universe may be conscious and we are no more than parasites that devour one planet at a time.
