People of the Jewish faith do not regard any of these as having been fulfilled by Jesus, -------------- DBT, all of the NT writers were ''People of the Jewish faith '', that discarded their obsolete religion. Thousands of others accepted Jesus credentials . Those that rejected him even acknowledged he was from God...like Nicodemus who spoke in behalf of the Sanhedrin.. (John 3:2) This one came to him in the night and said to him: “Rabbi, we knowthat you have come from God as a teacher, for no one can perform these signs that you perform unless God is with him.” (Acts 6:7) Consequently, the word of God continued to spread, and the number of the disciples kept multiplying very much in Jerusalem; and a large crowd of priests began to be obedient to the faith. Those that tried to discredit Jesus in the eyes of the people even sought to kill Lazarus to cling to their positions of influence. Too many Jews had become believers for their liking. (John 12:10, 11) The chief priests now conspired to kill Lazʹa·rus also, 11 since it was because of him that many of the Jews were going there and putting faith in Jesus.
More important than all of these things is the fact that Jehovah himself testified that Jesus was the Messiah as He anointed him. (Matthew 3:17) Look! Also, a voice from the heavens said: “This is my Son, the beloved, whom I have approved.”
