Reports from the last few days indicate that the Collins subs have been improved substantially over the last 3 years. I do not know the details.
If people do not want to go to WA to man subs then that is a symptom of a mahor problem in this country. Every one wants to live in comfort on the coast in the east and will not travel to where there is work. So they expect the Government to support their choice.
Move to where there is work, I say. I have done it.
