    raising at lower of 27c and the sharprice


    27/20 = 1.35c why would anyone pay more than that????

    1.35c/20 = .0675 c for an original share

    traded at 1c ( i realise .9c was the last trade) bye bye 95% of cash.


    only needs to get to $12.00 for the 3c holders to break even
