Another in specie distribution like Corona would be nice wouldn't it....and if it goes ahead, this one will be tradeable right away by the sounds of it.
Good thing about it is that with Terry Allen and Michael Wright in control you just know it's going to be a good deal for shareholders.

HER ~ Herald considers floating seperate company

Herald Resources Limited is considering offering an IPO in order to fully explore its major projects at Dairi and Coolgardie.
The company has released a statement saying, “in order to adequately explore and develop some of Herald’s other prospective projects in Australia (Balfour, Springfield, Kintore, Wilson River, Mt David), Herald is considering the possibility of IPO/floating a separate company, which would own these projects and in which Herald would retain a significant shareholding.”
The IPO proposal is conditional upon the market remaining sufficiently buoyant and receptive to such a proposal, and on any relevant approvals being obtained.
