Hi Salavat,
They well may build a causeway from the beach to TI imho. Look on Google Earth, and you'll find the Coolgardie Norseman road, and Kalgoorlie Esperance railway line both cross Lake Cowan, and have done for 50+ years that I'm aware of.
Old technology, needs front end loaders and tip trucks!
St Ives have been crossing and mining Lake Lefroy to the north for 40+ years too.
