Qiote [ Four people including a police officer have been injured following a car crash and suspected stabbing in Engadine in Sydney's south. Police said multiple calls were made to triple-0 after a two-car crash at the intersection of Princes Highway and Old Bush Road at about 9am. Officers arrived and found a man who appeared to have been stabbed allegedly running from the scene. Police said a male police officer suffered a stab wound to his left wrist during the arrest. A woman, who police believe was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash, was found suffering multiple injuries. A fourth person was also injured. Ambulance crews are also at the scene. The Princes Highway is closed in both directions near Old Bush Road. ]
