I am sure you are right SSW, but so many things out of MG's control. The negotiations with CS and WICET will be high on the priority list. Finding an investor is probably 4th on the list.
They have some cash to keep the clock ticking, and they could do another capital raising if they absolutely had to.

I have it on good authority that WICET is 50 days away from first coal (Commissioning), and 94 days away from first ship.
