These guys Sky Associates do not mess around. I would imagine being Tanzanians they would have a much greater influence on the ministry than our old mates Richlands did. They have already shown that they like what they see regarding the JV deal by agreeing to it in principal so there is no doubt something will happen within the next month on this front.
