Sintrate, sneaky trading shenanigans aside, the company is still progressing well. I just had a chat with management earlier today, and I'll repeat what a previous poster said (tangible I think, but I could be wrong), the company has enough cash for now, and is not planning a CR any time soon (likely not till at least mid year).
Management just got back from Japan, and are off to Germany in the next few weeks. They are still progressing well with finalisation of both Merelani and ThyssenKrupp. I get the sense, which is purely my own view of the confidence in management's voice, that ThyssenKrupp in particular is nearly there (to confirming the binding off-take).
Unlike most other graphite companies, there has been a lot of genuine work behind the scenes at KNL to move to construction/production.
