I agree that these councillors should face some financial retribution to the rate payers here.

The projection was they spend 50mil to save rate payers 22mil for something that only lasts 30 years, well that's a top investment for return to rate payers for some to feel all wram/green and fuzzy inside, just stuff what the cost is to all.
