Moggs old chum, I'm not saying that no cloud seeding was done..... but the link to the floods is frankly ridiculous. the switch from El Niño to La Niña with a -ve Indian Ocean Dipole and -ve Southern Annular Mode combined influence more than adequate shows the causation of the floods.
please don't trey to patronise me with insulting lines like "in case you can't differentiate between a contrail and a chemtrail".... it doesn't;'t help your argument and is petulant and insolent = not required or viable.
