Another very good day for PEH. The leg up last week has now been sustained and the TA says that the next leg is not far away. Todays close on the days low was likely orchestrated by the pros. The VWAP was strong at 12.63. More shares exchanged hands at 13c than any other price (the days high). It seems there are some brokerage firms out there just buying at whatever the price is at the time whether it be 12c, 12.5c, 13c or even higher. This suggests that a pip here or there won't be an issue in the grand scheme of things when the co releases the next piece of news.
Fundamentals here are clearly strong. Already making a profit with the likes of BHP as a client. The future is bright and current manipulation and accumulation suggest current holders are on the money.
