    I think the markets become more sceptical about loss-making tech companies, especially in the b2b space. Looking at the financials they don't appear that strong, just comparing randomly the 4c from April and the latest staff costs have increased by 53% while revenue has increased only 36%, so still burning through cash {comparing staff costs as software cost are staff}. No way this loss-making company (even a software one with potential growth) should be anywhere $1, yearly - receipts will probably be around $6m not sure how that could justify a $150m cap. DYOR
