Yeah but land is where the value is. Where I live the nice character houses and in real estate agents terms, "well loved" homes, (pseudonym for run down) are being demolished and replaced with three on the block. Bit of a nuisance with the extra cars parked on the road. But the announced caps mean that none of the properties around here would be eligible for the scheme. So people might have to buy in oodnawoopwoop and commute.
