i'm bearish by nature but one thing i've come to realise is that the overwhelming majority of market participants are bullish
so markets will want to rise most of the time. this week has been a perfect illustration
spi futures now recouped all their weekly losses
there is a strong bear case but so long as us financial authorities and sovereign wealth funds keep pumping money into the market it will go up.
it's obvious that US govt. and bankers will do whatever it takes to avoid a recession. imo, they are loading unimaginable debt on their children's shoulders to satiate their immediate selfish desires but that is of no consequence.
markets are now headed back up. never fight the tape.
