Yes, customer and the fact that they prepay for the well. Money in the bank means interest earned. Farm down makes sense even with high probability of success. MOS have had their fair share of supposed development/appraisal wells come up short. Also note that Gas is probably sold on fixed forward basis whereas condensate is more likely sold at spot and is more luca in current pricing env. (someone could correct me their if I'm wrong)
