When you say prevention is far more effective and cheaper than imprisonment i tend to agree, some people should not have kids, that sadly is the most effective prevention you can get, how many times have we seen kids 10 or under on the streets at night stoning shops ect and mum and dad are blind drunk at home and we think " what hope have the kids got", 50 years from now i wont be around but the problems with indigenous kids will.
